How long are your leases?

We offer monthly lease options. We request that if you are moving out to notify us by the 15th of the month prior to move out.

If I move in after the 1st of the month, do I have to pay for a whole month?

Rentals are prorated upon move-in. You only pay for days remaining in the month. All future billing is on the 1st of each month.

What unit sizes do you have?

How can I pay my storage fees?

You can make 1-time payments online and/or set up automatic payments through your online portal with a credit card, debit card or ACH payment. If you have questions or would like us to set this up for you, please call (515) 224-4313. Note: Per the lease, there is a $20 fee for NSF (non-sufficient funds), declined, or late payments.

Do I need to provide my own lock?

No, we provide a secure lock for each of our units. After you compelte the rental process, you will be emailed and texted a seure, 4 digit code for your lock and you will have imediate access and dont even need to meet us.

What can I do if I lose my key or forget my lock combination?

If you forgot the unlock combination, you should check your email and/or text message history to find the messages that we sent you when you first rented the unit, because the unlock combination was provided in those messages. Otherwise, if you can't find those messages, you can simply Contact Us during office hours and we can provide the combination for you after confirming your identity with some security questions.

What paperwork is necessary for renting a unit?

Present a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

What items are prohibited from storage?

We do not allow perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous materials, combustible items, or liquids.

What is meant by drive-up access?

Drive-up access enables you to park your vehicle directly in front of your storage unit, facilitating effortless loading and unloading.

Have you had problems with mice or bugs?

Fortunately, we have not had problems with pests at any of our facilities thus far. We monitor our facilities weekly. If you notice anything, please let us know ASAP and we will address it immediately. There should be NO food or beverages stored within our storage units. This helps limit the risk for all of our tenants.

MOVING OUT


Tenant must give a move-out notice prior to the 15th of the month prior to moving out. To give notice you can schedule a move out through your online account or you can Contact Us to let us know. Rent is NOT pro-rated on move-out, and in order to avoid being charged for the full next month, ALL of the following conditions must be met:
  1. You must give your move-out notice prior to the 15th of the month. Notice can be submitted through your online portal, email or text (515) 224-4313.
  2. Empty, clean, and sweep your unit.
  3. No later than 5pm the last day of the month, take a picture of the clean, empty unit with the unit # showing and send picture via email or text.
